By submitting an application, it is the expectation that you have reviewed both documents and agree to comply with the policies outlined within them. New applications must be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee and proof of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 listing Stowe Farmers Market as additionally insured.
If you do not currently have Liability Insurance, please do your research so that you are prepared to obtain it upon acceptance.
Returning Full-Time Vendors: Balance due in full upon submission. Full-time vendors are allowed 2 absences for the season. Please plan ahead, if you know which two dates you will not be able to attend, include them in your application.
Returning Part-Time Vendors: Payment due in full upon acceptance. Payment must be received before your first market.
Returning Day Vendors: Payment is due upon arrival to the field the day of attendance.
