  • Please read through our Market Rules & Policies and Market Bylaws before applying. This document includes market dates, fees and rules. By submitting an application, it is the expectation that you have reviewed this document and agree to comply with the policies outlined. If you still have questions regarding the process after reading this document, please email the Market Manager at stowefarmersmarket@gmail.com.

  • New applications must be accompanied by the application fee and proof of Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 listing Stowe Farmers Market as additionally insured.

    If you do not currently have Liability Insurance, please do your research so that you are prepared to obtain it upon acceptance. 

  • Returning Full-Time Vendors (Attend all market dates): Season Balance is due IN FULL when applying. Full-time vendors are allowed 2 absences for the season. Please plan ahead, if you know which two dates you will not be able to attend, include them in your application.

  • Returning Part-Time Vendors (Attend 12 market dates assigned in advance plus fill-in opportunities): Payment is due in full upon acceptance and once your dates have been assigned by the market manager. Payment must be received before your first date of attendance.

  • Returning Day Vendors (on call): Accepted to attend the market on an as-needed basis. You will be notified of an opening via email no later than Friday before the upcoming Sunday market. Payment is due upon arrival at the field the morning of attendance.
